Bianca McAfee - Jacques, M.S., CCC-SLP

“Play is a child’s most important occupation!”

Bianca is an ASHA licensed, speech-language pathologist who has a passion for working with children and their families.

She specializes in treating children ages birth to high-school age experiencing expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, nonverbal communication (AAC), and various other challenges.

In addition to her masters in Speech and Language Pathology, Bianca completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program at the University of New Hampshire. This program specializes in training related to interdisciplinary, family entered, culturally competent systems of care for children and youth with developmental disabilities and their families.

In treatment sessions, Bianca uses a family-centered coaching model which focuses on the child and ways to incorporated treatment goals into daily life. Bianca enjoys helping children learn through play, as this is their most important occupation!

In her personal life, Bianca enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, teaching dance to children with and without disabilities as well as baking.
